Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and inspirational beauty consultations and makeup demonstrations to customers
- Execute creative makeup applications that educate and delight clients while showcasing Clinique products
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and maintain store displays that compete effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to create impact during in-store beauty events and promotional activities
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and professionally
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred, though amateur-level experience is welcomed if paired with demonstrated creative and technical expertise
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Ireland

Experience
While formal makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, the role welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise and a passion for customer engagement.
