Clinique seeks an accomplished Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized skincare and cosmetics consultations across the brand's retail locations in Danbury. This on-call freelance position combines customer service excellence, product expertise, and visual merchandising acumen to create an inspirational in-store experience, support promotional events, and maintain presentation standards in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations aligned with the Clinique brand philosophy
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays to ensure consistent, compelling brand presentation on the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain active, comprehensive knowledge of Clinique product offerings, skincare application techniques, and application features
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution (preferred)
