Role & Responsibilities
- Provide creative, technical, and personalized make-up consultations and product demonstrations to customers
- Deliver an inspirational and welcoming in-store experience that educates customers on Clinique products and application techniques
- Execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and counter presentation to differentiate the brand competitively
- Process customer transactions using retail point-of-sale software systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance targets and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in make-up application
