As a Beauty Advisor at Clinique, you will leverage your creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store consultations that educate and delight customers. Working within a high-performing team, you will execute in-store events, maintain visual merchandising excellence, and drive sales across the cosmetics counter. While formal make-up artistry certification or retail beauty experience is desirable, the company welcomes motivated candidates with amateur-level experience and strong foundational skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide creative, technical, and personalized make-up consultations and product demonstrations to customers
- Deliver an inspirational and welcoming in-store experience that educates customers on Clinique products and application techniques
- Execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and counter presentation to differentiate the brand competitively
- Process customer transactions using retail point-of-sale software systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance targets and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in make-up application
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Ireland (required at interview stage)
