A freelance beauty advisor position for Clinique at Estée Lauder's retail location in Braintree, MA, combining creative expertise and customer service passion to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences. The role encompasses beauty consultations, visual merchandising execution, in-store event support, product demonstrations, and collaborative floor operations during flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview
• Ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor
• Capability to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs

Skills

Experience
