Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare guidance to in-store customers with authentic product knowledge and application expertise
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the Clinique retail counter to ensure competitive brand positioning
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain active knowledge of Clinique product offerings, features, benefits, and application techniques to educate and advise customers effectively
- Collaborate with retail team members and store staff to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during all scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a beauty or retail context
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States with proof of work eligibility upon hire or interview
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and handle merchandise and display materials weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred. Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal degree required. Product training will be provided by the employer.
