As a Beauty Advisor for Clinique, you will leverage creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. Working as part of a high-performing retail team, you will execute in-store events, maintain visual merchandising excellence, and drive customer engagement while operating point-of-sale systems in a fast-paced environment. Estée Lauder Companies welcomes applicants with certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience, as well as those with amateur-level expertise paired with demonstrated technical skill.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application and personalized beauty consultations to customers in-store
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service experiences that educate and delight clients
- Create impact through in-store events and product demonstrations
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive differentiation
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store performance targets
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proven ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Colombia
