Clinique seeks a dynamic Beauty Advisor for on-call freelance work at a retail location in Blue Springs, Missouri. The role combines creative expertise and interpersonal skills to deliver personalized in-store consultations, execute visual merchandising displays, and facilitate product demonstrations. Working flexibly within the fast-paced retail environment, the advisor will educate customers on skincare and beauty products while collaborating with store staff to maintain operational excellence and brand presentation standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare recommendations to in-store customers
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays to brand standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Clinique product offerings, features, and application techniques
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 28 per hour.
