Clinique seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences and beauty consultations at retail locations in Bloomington, Minnesota. The role combines creative and technical expertise in prestige cosmetics with high-quality customer service, visual merchandising execution, and participation in promotional events and product demonstrations. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, the advisor will maintain elevated brand standards and collaborate with store teams to ensure optimal customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred; familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 28 per hour.
