Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare advice to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays to ensure brand presentation standards and competitive positioning
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active product knowledge of Clinique offerings, features, and application techniques for effective customer education
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
- Stand and walk for extended periods on retail sales floor, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
