Clinique seeks a Beauty Advisor in Belfast for 10 hours over 2 days, combining makeup artistry and customer service to deliver personalized in-store experiences, support events and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience and offers training and development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
