Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clientele
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain active knowledge of Clinique product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.
