Clinique seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations within a dynamic retail environment. This freelance position requires combining creative expertise with technical knowledge to provide an inspirational and welcoming in-store experience, execute visual merchandising displays, and support promotional events. The role demands flexibility, retail acumen, and a passion for prestige beauty and customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clientele
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
• Maintain active knowledge of Clinique product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 28 per hour.
