Clinique seeks a dynamic Beauty Advisor for freelance assignment at their Annapolis retail location. The role combines creative expertise and customer passion to deliver personalized in-store consultations, execute visual merchandising standards, and support promotional events. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store patrons
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards throughout the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to maximize customer engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Clinique offerings, application techniques, and brand positioning
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Preferred: Previous retail or beauty industry experience
