Clinique seeks a dynamic Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized skincare consultations and customer service in a luxury retail environment. The successful candidate will execute visual merchandising displays, support in-store promotional events, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to educate and inspire customers. This freelance position offers flexible retail scheduling at Estée Lauder Companies retail locations, with the candidate staffed through Randstad Sourceright.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
