Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop consultant- and field-facing educational materials that support retail experiences including launches, promotional events, seasonal campaigns and key business initiatives
- Create engaging one-pagers, event guides, activation toolkits, educational playbooks, presentations, job aids, infographics and digital learning resources
- Produce, edit and enhance video content that supports retail activations, consultant education, event execution, launch readiness and field communications
- Partner with the Manager, Retail Experience & Education to bring retail activation concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling and learning experiences
- Ensure all materials align with Clinique brand standards, educational objectives and user experience best practices
- Support event preparation, material management and onsite or virtual event needs as required
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions that enhance the overall event experience and educational impact
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in education development, event marketing, creative services, communications, project management or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience creating and editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar tools
- Advanced proficiency in Canva with the ability to create visually compelling educational and communication materials
- Demonstrated ability to design engaging presentations, one-pagers, educational resources and visual learning tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with print vendors, production partners and fulfillment providers
- Exceptional written communication and visual storytelling skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
- Experience in prestige beauty, retail, education, eventing or consumer-facing industries preferred
