- Support Joint Value Creation partners, focusing on mutual revenue growth, early access to innovation, and margin optimization.
- Collaborate across Supply Chain to improve cost, quality, and supply continuity through supplier management, synergy identification, and negotiations for assigned commodities.
- Develop, advocate, and implement short- and long-term sourcing strategies for assigned commodities; work with internal departments including R&D, Packaging, and Marketing to ensure Procurement commitments meet business requirements.

- Lead the budget process across brands for assigned commodities.
- Deliver sustainability transformation initiatives for assigned commodities and collaborate with internal stakeholders on changing global regulatory requirements and environmental best practices.
- For the rigid plastics packaging portfolio, develop converter pricing methodologies, including formula and tier pricing, to support transparency, competitiveness, supply continuity, and sustainability.
- Support planning run strategies to balance order quantities and cost, and establish regular reviews of minimum order quantities (MOQs) against cost, inventory, and excess and obsolete (E&O) risk.
- Focus on molding and decoration technologies and supply processes that can shorten lead times, enable smaller runs, strengthen supply security, and support late-stage differentiation.
- Identify pragmatic and transformational solutions for plastic sustainability, including PCR and ocean plastics.
- Recommend and execute network designs that optimize total cost, including inventory, E&O, and transport, as well as lead time; develop an updated sourcing strategy with an appropriate supply base in terms of technical capabilities, competitiveness, and location.
