Clinique seeks an inspirational Assistant Counter Manager to drive store/counter performance by supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a Sales Associates team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven supervisory and retail operations experience in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment, with a passion for mentoring team members to reach their full potential and advance toward a long-term career in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a team of Sales Associates
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Manage retail operations including inventory control and cash reconciliation
- Ensure inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service delivery
- Conduct training and performance development activities for the team
- Monitor compliance with operational and visual merchandising standards
- Drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated supervisory and coaching experience with a track record of mentoring others to achieve sales and service targets
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Retail operations knowledge including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Experience
Proven supervisory and retail operations experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally within cosmetics or prestige beauty retail. Demonstrated track record of successfully coaching and mentoring Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets.
