Clinique seeks an Assistant Counter Manager for its Brown Thomas retail counter in Dublin to support the Store Manager in leading and developing Sales Associates and meeting sales, service and operational targets. The role requires retail supervisory, coaching and operational expertise in a fast-paced environment; full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in Ireland if invited to interview.
