Clé de Peau Beauté seeks an Assistant Business Manager at Harrods in London to support the Business Manager and lead Personal Beauty Specialists in delivering exceptional luxury service and building a loyal customer base. The role focuses on skincare and beauty expertise, business growth, and KPI and sales target delivery; it is scheduled for 37.5 hours over five days per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Business Manager in leading a team of Personal Beauty Specialists to deliver exceptional luxury service.
- Help lead the team in building a loyal customer base while upholding brand values.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute ideas to support growth, engaging the team in the process.
- Meet customers’ skincare and beauty needs and introduce them to luxury skincare and cosmetics.
- Drive KPIs and sales targets.

- Experience in skincare and beauty.
