Clarins seeks a Team Supervisor to lead operational teams within a dynamic production and fulfillment environment. The role encompasses safety and quality assurance oversight, team management with responsibility for performance metrics, staffing, and daily operations coordination. The successful candidate will champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and environmental protocols, and supervise shift-based team activities in a fast-paced logistics and production setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report all detected anomalies in quality, safety, or environmental matters through established procedures and tools
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives; participate in achieving departmental objectives
- Enforce and ensure team compliance with quality, safety, and environmental protocols and good manufacturing practices
- Verify that all team members are properly trained and qualified for their positions
- Manage personnel under their supervision, including attendance tracking, disciplinary procedures, and internal policy compliance
- Develop and coach team members by defining training needs, evaluating competencies, and assessing performance
- Oversee training of temporary workers and support professional development through mentoring
- Provide field-based coaching and guidance to support team effectiveness
- Lead internal operational meetings with team members and communicate outcomes to senior management
- Monitor safety, quality, and performance indicators; relay findings to the team and direct supervisor
- Analyze equipment performance and propose corrective actions to drive continuous improvement
- Track implementation of regular improvement action plans
- Guarantee stock replenishment and ensure timely order preparation
- Coordinate with support services to maintain operational continuity
- Lead and participate in cross-functional working groups and project initiatives
- Manage staffing levels to maintain operational capacity
- Establish organizational systems focused on continuous process improvement
- Coordinate and control execution of daily operational activities within defined timelines and quality standards
- Ensure inventory accuracy and completeness
- Manage machine consumables and supplies
- Report major anomalies and operational disruptions
- Participate in daily activity briefings to communicate preparation status, delays, and workload forecasts

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within manufacturing, logistics, or related operations environment. Prior experience managing shift-based teams and coordinating fulfillment or production activities is essential.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); formal training in operations management, quality systems, or related discipline is advantageous.
