Clarins seeks a Supply Chain Planning Intern in Paris (6 months, Jan 2027). Support supply operations, inventory management, and European reorganization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in testing and implementation phases of the new European Supply Chain organizational structure
- Develop and manage training materials and Standard Operating Procedures to support team transition and process improvement
- Assist with the integration of new subsidiaries into direct delivery operations
- Serve as a dedicated contact point for assigned zones and market groups in direct delivery and subsidiary stock operations
- Analyze replenishment requests and monitor stock allocation and service levels
- Issue preparation instructions and priorities to the international logistics center while ensuring adherence to the preparation schedule
- Verify and confirm stock availability for short and medium-term horizons; escalate risks of low inventory and stockouts to subsidiaries and communicate upcoming availability
- Collaborate with Distribution Planners and Quota Planners to confirm customer demand
- Track residual inventory at month-end and end-of-operation periods
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to service levels and inventory reduction
Qualifications
- First successful experience in supply chain (internship or apprenticeship)
- Pursuing a Bac +4/+5 degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering school, business school, or related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent French and professional-level English
- Knowledge of a third language is advantageous
