Role & Responsibilities
- Know and articulate the full Clarins spa service offering, proposing product combinations and alternative treatments
- Execute all spa protocols and services required by the boutique with consistency and excellence
- Deliver the signature Clarins sales ceremony and client experience to every guest
- Build and nurture a personal client base through attentive relationship management
- Act as an authentic brand ambassador and activate professional networks to drive business
- Contribute to commercial performance targets and revenue generation

Qualifications
- CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) in Esthétique or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in beauty, skincare, or retail sales
- Documented experience in facial and body spa treatments and cabin care
- Fluency in English or another language in addition to French
- Demonstrated cross-selling and upselling capabilities

1 to 3 years of professional experience in the beauty and wellness sector or retail sales, ideally with familiarity with Clarins products or a luxury beauty brand. Prior experience delivering spa and cabin treatments is essential.
Education
Minimum CAP Esthétique (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle in Aesthetics) or equivalent qualification in beauty therapy or skincare.
