Clarins is seeking a Beauty Advisor for its Canal Walk retail location to deliver personalized skincare and makeup consultations, build customer relationships, recruit new customers and drive sales performance. The role also supports daily POS operations, merchandising, stock and launch execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead consultations and personalize beauty rituals in accordance with the Clarins CARE Selling Ceremony.
- Demonstrate products according to Clarins protocols, cross-sell and cross-sample, and handle product objections.
- Collect, record and maintain accurate customer data while observing confidentiality, and support store-level CRM activities.
- Recommend product combinations and alternatives; stay informed about brand information and share relevant details with customers.
- Recruit new customers through data collection, follow beauty trends and competitor news, and promote Clarins’ social media and e-commerce presence.
- Understand sales KPIs, report daily sales, and carry out daily administrative tasks including tracking, monitoring, planning and reporting.
- Maintain required grooming, styling, uniform and personal hygiene standards, including hair, nails, makeup and e-attitude; execute POS processes correctly.
- Support POS administration and hygiene, implement in-store merchandising guidelines, maintain optimum stocks of products, testers, samples and disposable sales tools, and contribute to successful launch execution.
