Clarins Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Retail Demand and Franchise Executive to lead demand planning and franchise operations for its global skincare and beauty portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop SKU-level forecasts and manage stock allocation, replenishment and inventory levels across direct retail markets
- Monitor stock availability, ageing, excess inventory and out-of-stock risks, implementing corrective measures
- Plan stock requirements for product launches, promotional campaigns, testers, samples, loyalty rewards and spa products
- Lead retail demand planning inputs for the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Serve as primary commercial contact for franchise partners, managing the complete order cycle from forecasting through delivery and claims resolution
- Develop rolling 3–6-month forecasts and order plans based on sales trends, inventory levels, launches and commercial targets
- Validate orders, pricing, product registration and supporting documentation prior to processing
- Coordinate stock availability, order processing, invoicing and shipment logistics with Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams
- Monitor order fulfilment performance, resolve discrepancies and conduct regular performance reviews with franchise partners
- Prepare monthly retail replenishment orders with recommendations on assortment, sales performance and inventory productivity
- Coordinate with Retail, Marketing and E-commerce on product launches, promotions, pricing strategies and stock requirements
- Maintain accurate pricing and catalogue information in CEGID systems
- Calculate monthly retail incentives and commission payments
- Translate commercial targets into purchase budgets, inventory forecasts and stock plans
- Monitor inventory movements, closing stock levels, franchise sell-in performance, pricing and margin accuracy
- Identify commercial opportunities and recommend corrective actions based on sales and inventory analytics
- Maintain accurate sales, inventory, forecast and order reporting using CEGID, Excel and BI tools
- Develop performance dashboards and provide management with actionable insights
- Streamline order management processes, reporting accuracy, documentation standards and cross-functional coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in demand planning, inventory management, commercial operations or franchise business management
- Proven track record in beauty, luxury retail, FMCG or comparable retail environments
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and Business Intelligence tools
- Demonstrated experience with CEGID systems (advantageous)
- Fluent English language proficiency; Arabic language skills advantageous
- Strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
