Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Clarins brand ambassador across all assigned retail locations, embodying the brand's heritage, values, and product philosophy
- Conduct skin diagnostics and establish personalized beauty recommendations (beauty prescriptions) for customers
- Execute consultative sales techniques to recruit, develop, and retain a loyal customer base
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst developing cross-sell opportunities across the product range
- Organize and execute promotional events designed to boost sales over defined periods in line with group guidelines
- Ensure proper product placement and adherence to group merchandising policies across all points of sale
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for retail products, testers, and promotional materials
- Welcome and advise customers in accordance with Clarins' service guidelines, providing personalized recommendations based on customer needs
- Provide weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative performance reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales objectives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program at Bac +2/+3 level or higher
- Demonstrable passion for the beauty sector and the Clarins brand portfolio
- First professional experience in beauty, whether through internship or apprenticeship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
- Strong customer-centric and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously whilst demonstrating agility in dynamic environments
- Polyvalent professional comfortable with varied, multi-tasking responsibilities
