Clarins, a global leader in skincare and makeup, seeks a Product Stability Analyst Intern for a 4–6 month engagement based in Pontoise. The position encompasses technical file analysis, database data entry, and correlation of long-term and accelerated stability study results to ensure product consistency and integrity. The successful candidate will contribute to technical documentation optimization while supporting the product expertise team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and extract information from technical files and dossiers, ensuring comprehension of stability study data
- Input and maintain data integrity within the company database management system, verifying consistency and accuracy of all entries
- Correlate data from long-term stability studies with accelerated stability studies to ensure coherence and reliability
- Synthesize stability study findings to facilitate expert analysis and interpretation
- Contribute to technical file optimization and quality assurance by structuring and standardizing documentation
- Support the product expertise team in data validation and reporting protocols
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in cosmetics, pharmaceutical sciences, or quality assurance disciplines
- Logical and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- High organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated capacity for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies is highly valued

Prospective graduate with foundational knowledge in cosmetic formulation, product stability science, or quality control protocols; familiarity with laboratory environments and product testing procedures is advantageous.
