Clarins seeks a Makeup Catalog Project Manager in Paris to manage international portfolio performance, governance, and strategy. Permanent position available December 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze sales data by product launch, market, and region to identify performance trends and flag warning signals such as sales slowdowns, overstock situations, and inter-market discrepancies
- Conduct cross-functional analysis integrating margin and inventory perspectives to identify underperforming products and inform catalog arbitrage decisions
- Ensure reliability and currency of makeup catalog tracking tools and coordinate discontinuation plans with Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional teams
- Communicate catalog changes and updates to international markets and prepare strategic committee meetings with consolidated analysis and recommendations
- Define and manage the annual roadmap for makeup satellites (miniatures, samples, sachets), formulate arbitrage recommendations, and track business performance to adjust strategy continuously
- Serve as the Marketing reference on regulatory compliance matters for the catalog; formulate prioritization recommendations and communicate decisions to all markets
- Coordinate Business Unit budget tracking and participate in annual budget construction; structure and maintain the recommended pricing framework for the makeup portfolio and highlight deviations from international pricing strategy
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Business School or Engineering School with 3–5 years minimum experience in project management, coordination, or business analysis (prior cosmetics industry experience valued)
- Strong organizational and autonomy skills with ability to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives (catalog, regulatory, budget, satellites) and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical capabilities with solid command of financial metrics, business performance interpretation, and budget construction
- Fluent in French and English, both written and oral
- Proficiency in regulatory, supply chain, or finance/budget matters considered advantageous
- Demonstrated comfort presenting complex consolidated data clearly and structurally; ability to engage effectively with senior management
