Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and control budgets and rolling forecasts within a fast-paced FMCG context
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and cash reporting standards
- Create internal quarterly and year-end financial statements in conjunction with the finance and accounting team
- Conduct variance analysis and monthly budget versus actual and year-over-year comparisons
- Establish and advance the business partner controlling model to support operational departments (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain)
- Generate and analyze cost center reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or equivalent commercial qualification
- Proven practical expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated knowledge of HGB and IFRS reporting standards
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities with clear understanding of financial and operational relationships
Skills
Experience
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within FMCG, cosmetics, or retail environments with deep understanding of rapid product life cycles and margin structures.
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or comparable commercial qualification.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Starnberg, Bavaria, Germany, with easy access to Munich.
