Role & Responsibilities
- Own the complete email campaign lifecycle from design through build, proof, and deployment
- Build and code HTML emails with cross-client compatibility
- Implement personalisation and dynamic content using Movable Ink
- Configure targeting and segmentation strategies in Adobe Campaign with agency support
- Conduct end-to-end quality assurance, proofing, and rigorous testing protocols
- Manage high-volume retail and e-commerce CRM campaign calendars
- Prioritise and adapt to shifting business priorities in a fast-paced trading environment
- Collaborate with creative, commercial, and agency teams to deliver timely campaign execution
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on email production and deployment experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Advanced proficiency in building HTML emails
- Demonstrated expertise with Movable Ink personalisation platform
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Campaign for targeting and segmentation
