Clarins seeks Digital & E-Business Director for Seoul headquarters to lead e-commerce, CRM, and digital transformation strategy across Korea market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead overall digital strategy spanning E-Commerce, E-Retail, CRM, and digital media to drive revenue growth and brand awareness
- Build and execute E-Commerce strategy and promotion plans aligned with business targets and marketing priorities
- Identify competitive opportunities specific to the Korean digital ecosystem, including platforms such as Naver, Kakao, and Coupang
- Drive performance of brand.com and key online marketplaces to achieve sales growth and market share targets
- Lead E-Retail partnerships and marketplace strategy to maximize visibility and performance across platforms
- Ensure strong execution of product launches and commercial activations across digital channels
- Define digital media strategies for new launches and core products to maximize impact and engagement
- Oversee digital content and communications across social media, campaigns, and visual assets to strengthen brand positioning
- Lead performance marketing initiatives with focus on ROI optimization and customer acquisition efficiency
- Develop and implement CRM and customer engagement strategy across the full lifecycle including acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Drive personalization and loyalty initiatives leveraging first-party data and advanced segmentation
- Ensure seamless integration across online and offline touchpoints including O2O and clientelling initiatives
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics across all channels including traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and sales

- Expert-level knowledge of E-Commerce, CRM, and digital marketing best practices
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
