Clarins seeks a Certification Project Engineer for ISO 14001/50001 audit preparation in Sainte-Savine, France—nine-month fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and structure environmental and energy management systems in compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards
- Ensure consistency of management systems with Clarins Group requirements across multiple sites
- Develop and optimize performance indicators for activity monitoring and strategic piloting
- Prepare, draft, update, and harmonize management system documentation including procedures and operational guidelines
- Organize and participate in implementation tracking meetings and coordination sessions
- Develop and monitor corrective action plans
- Prepare internal audits, management reviews, environmental analyses, and supporting evidence for June 2027 certification audit
- Facilitate team awareness and engagement on environmental and energy management priorities
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent in Environment, Energy, or Safety
- Minimum five years of professional experience, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing
- Direct participation in ISO 14001 or ISO 50001 certification projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of environmental and energy management systems
- Proficiency in ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ICPE regulations
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of relevant experience in environmental management, quality systems, or safety engineering within regulated manufacturing sectors such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Environment, Energy, Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Sainte-Savine, Aube, France, with easy access to Paris.
