Clarins seeks a Beauty Therapist to deliver professional skincare treatments and exceptional client care in a part-time role (23.1 hours per week). The candidate will develop skincare conversations with customers, articulate the brand's ingredient stories and product benefits, and drive retail sales while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer loyalty. This position combines hands-on treatment expertise with commercial acumen in a target-driven environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional skincare treatments in accordance with Clarins treatment guidelines while maintaining exceptional client care standards
- Develop skincare consultations and conversations with customers, positioning brand differentiation, ingredient stories, and product benefits
- Sell recommended homecare products within the spa environment and on counter, driving retail performance
- Foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat patronage through personalized engagement and brand storytelling
- Create compelling retail theatre and customer experiences that align with the Clarins brand journey
- Overcome sales objections with confidence and commercial awareness
- Maintain rigorous hygiene standards in the treatment room, reception, and laundry areas
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognized qualification
- Proven experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to perform in a target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings
