Clarins seeks a Beauty Therapist to deliver professional skincare treatments and exceptional client care at JLP Glasgow Spa, working 29.16 hours per week. This role combines hands-on treatment delivery with product consultation, guiding clients through skincare conversations whilst driving brand engagement and retail sales. The candidate will maintain premium service standards, cultivate customer loyalty, and showcase Clarins' unique ingredient stories and product benefits across both spa and counter environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional skincare treatments in accordance with Clarins treatment guidelines and maintain exceptional standards of customer service
- Develop skincare conversations with clients, educating them on ingredient stories, product benefits, and homecare recommendations to drive retail sales
- Focus on customer loyalty initiatives to encourage repeat brand engagement and long-term client relationships
- Create retail theatre environments that incorporate Clarins' brand journey narrative whilst engaging customers authentically
- Address and overcome customer objections with confidence and commercial awareness
- Maintain rigorous hygiene standards in the treatment room, reception area, and laundry facilities
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to sell within a target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings
