The Beauty Advisor delivers Clarins consultations and product demonstrations, develops customer relationships, supports CRM and promotes the brand’s social and e-commerce channels. The role also drives sales performance and maintains POS operations, merchandising, stock, hygiene and in-store activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer consultations and personalize beauty rituals by understanding customers’ concerns.
- Demonstrate products in accordance with Clarins protocols.
- Recommend complementary products and samples.
- Address product objections and overcome selling challenges.
- Conduct one-to-one remote consultations based on Distance Care principles.
- Systematically collect, record and maintain accurate customer data while observing confidentiality.
- Support store-level CRM activities, including use of the recall system.
- Recommend product combinations and alternatives.
- Stay informed about brand information and share relevant details with customers.
- Follow beauty trends and competitor news.
- Promote the brand’s 360° presence, including its social media and e-commerce availability.
- Understand sales KPIs and activate action levers to reach required goals.
- Report daily sales figures, highlighting difficulties and recommendations.
- Follow daily grooming and styling standards and guidelines; wear the Clarins uniform at all times and maintain high personal hygiene.
- Execute point-of-sale processes and use POS tools correctly to maximize efficiency.
- Support point-of-sale administration and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Execute in-store merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain optimal stock levels of products, testers, samples and disposable sales tools.
- Contribute to the execution of launches, ongoing trade marketing activations and in-store events.
