Clarins is seeking a Beauty Advisor for its Woolworths Table Bay Mall counter in Cape Town, with a 50 FTE workload. The role delivers personalized beauty advice and Clarins CARE selling, builds customer loyalty, supports CRM and sales performance, and maintains point-of-sale standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Clarins and educate customers about its “unlimited” philosophy, delivering attentive customer care by listening to and understanding their concerns.
- Lead consultations and personalize beauty rituals in line with the Clarins CARE Selling Ceremony.
- Demonstrate products according to Clarins protocols, offer cross-selling and cross-sampling, and handle product objections.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate customer data while observing confidentiality; support store-level CRM activities.
- Recommend product combinations and alternatives, stay informed about brand information, and share relevant information with customers.
- Recruit new customers by collecting customer data, following beauty trends and competitor news, and promoting Clarins’ social media and e-commerce presence.
- Understand sales KPIs, report daily sales, and carry out daily administrative tracking, monitoring, planning, and reporting.
- Follow grooming, styling, uniform, and personal hygiene standards; execute point-of-sale processes correctly.
- Support point-of-sale administration and hygiene, implement in-store merchandising guidelines, maintain stock, tester, sample, and disposable sales-tool levels, and contribute to the execution of launches.
- Execute counter events, maximize new launches, and build customer loyalty.
