Clarins seeks a part-time Beauty Coach (15 hours per week) for its Boots Tamworth location to deliver exceptional customer service and develop skincare consultations. The role focuses on promoting brand differentiation through ingredient storytelling and product benefits, creating retail theatre to engage customers, and driving sales through consultative selling while maintaining high product knowledge standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote unique brand differentiation and communicate ingredient stories, product benefits, and usage instructions
- Create retail theatre to attract and engage customers, incorporating the brand narrative throughout the customer journey
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits to the brand
- Confidently overcome sales objections and close transactions
- Achieve sales targets in a goal-driven retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
