Clarins seeks a Beauty Coach (part-time, 14.2 hours per week) for its counter at House of Fraser in Sutton Coldfield. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service through engaging skincare consultations, drive product sales, and cultivate customer loyalty whilst promoting the brand's unique heritage and ingredient-driven product benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and comprehensive product knowledge at all times
- Develop skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in the brand story and positioning
- Communicate unique brand differentiation, ingredient stories, and product benefits and usage instructions
- Create retail theatre to attract and engage customers, incorporating the Clarins customer journey narrative
- Build and sustain customer loyalty, encouraging repeat purchases and brand advocacy
- Overcome sales objections with confidence and commercial acumen
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in beauty or retail with demonstrated exceptional customer service excellence
- Strong commercial awareness and sales orientation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings
