Clarins myBlend Beauty Coach position in Paris. Full-time role combining skincare treatments, client consultations, and retail advisory for an international clientele in a luxury boutique-spa.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client welcomes and consultations with an emphasis on understanding individual beauty needs
- Provide expert product and treatment recommendations across myBlend's skincare, nutritional, dermatology, and technology offerings
- Perform facial and body treatments according to myBlend's luxury standards and protocols
- Build client loyalty through in-person and digital consultations via the brand's online advisory platform
- Maintain treatment rooms and retail displays to the highest hygiene and aesthetic standards
- Manage product replenishment, inventory, and anticipate ordering needs across sales and treatment areas
- Embody myBlend's brand values through exemplary professionalism, warmth, and availability
- Participate in and support boutique-spa events and partnerships
- Proactively identify and propose new initiatives, collaborations, and event opportunities
- Work collaboratively within a 4-person boutique team
Qualifications
- Diploma in Esthetics (CAP / BP / BTS Esthétique Cosmétique) or equivalent certification
- Demonstrated experience in a similar skincare or luxury beauty role
- Genuine passion for beauty with commitment to continuous professional development
- Professional-level English proficiency enabling fluent communication with international clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong team orientation
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Availability for weekend work (Saturday and Sunday)
Skills
Experience
Prior successful experience in a comparable skincare, spa, or luxury beauty counseling role is required. Candidates should demonstrate proven ability to advise discerning clientele on skincare solutions and deliver treatments to premium service standards.
Education
CAP, BP, or BTS Esthétique Cosmétique (French esthetics diploma) or internationally equivalent certification in esthetics, cosmetology, or beauty therapy.
