Clarins is seeking a Beauty Advisor at McArthurGlen Swindon for a 25-hour-per-week maternity cover role. The position focuses on skincare-led customer service, product knowledge, brand storytelling, sales and customer loyalty; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, develop skincare conversations with customers, engage them in Clarins’ brand journey and increase product sales.
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Promote Clarins’ brand differentiation by communicating ingredient stories, product benefits and usage.
- Create retail theatre that attracts customers and presents the brand’s customer journey as a story while engaging with them.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits to the brand.
- Confidently overcome selling challenges.
