Clarins seeks a Beauty Advisor for its McArthurGlen Swindon location, working 30 hours per week on a maternity cover contract. The role focuses on skincare consultations, exceptional customer service, product knowledge, engaging retail experiences, customer loyalty and sales growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, develop skincare conversations with customers, engage them in the Clarins brand journey and increase product sales.
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Promote Clarins’ distinctive brand positioning and communicate ingredient stories, product benefits and usage.
- Create engaging retail theatre that draws customers in and presents the brand’s customer journey as a story.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits to the brand.
- Confidently overcome sales challenges.
