Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and customized skincare rituals aligned with Clarins protocols
- Present products in accordance with brand standards and handle client objections effectively
- Propose samples, cross-sell recommendations, and conduct remote Distance Care consultations
- Systematically collect, record, and maintain accurate customer data whilst ensuring confidentiality
- Support CRM activities and reminder system functions at counter level
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with brand innovations and competitor trends
- Promote brand presence across social media channels and e-commerce opportunities
- Monitor and activate sales performance levers to achieve counter KPIs and sales targets
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation, uniform adherence, and hygiene standards daily
- Manage point-of-sale processes and systems to maximize counter profitability
- Execute counter presentations, maintain optimal stock and tester levels, and support product launches and in-counter events
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty or luxury retail
- Knowledge of English or another additional language
- Excellent consultative selling and cross-selling techniques
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
