Clarins is seeking a Beauty Advisor for its Arc Canal Walk counter in Cape Town to deliver personalised consultations, product demonstrations and customer care while recruiting and retaining clients. The role also supports sales performance, CRM, counter events, merchandising, stock and point-of-sale standards; the title specifies 100 PPT.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Clarins and educate customers on its “unlimited” philosophy, delivering attentive customer care and personalised beauty advice.
- Lead consultations, personalise beauty rituals, demonstrate products according to Clarins protocols, recommend cross-selling and cross-sampling, and address product objections.
- Collect, record and maintain accurate customer data confidentially, and support store-level CRM activities.
- Recommend product combinations and alternatives; stay informed about brand information and share relevant updates with customers.
- Recruit new customers by collecting customer data, following beauty trends and competitor news, and promoting Clarins’ social media and e-commerce presence.
- Understand sales KPIs, report daily sales, and perform daily administrative tracking, monitoring, planning and reporting.
- Meet grooming and styling standards, wear the Clarins uniform at all times, maintain personal hygiene, and execute point-of-sale processes correctly.
- Support point-of-sale administration and hygiene; follow in-store merchandising guidelines; maintain optimal stock levels of products, testers, samples and disposable sales tools; and contribute to effective launch execution.
- Execute counter events to maximise new launches and build customer loyalty.
