Clarins is seeking a Beauty Advisor and Keyholder for its McArthurGlen Swindon location, working 40 hours per week. The role focuses on skincare-led customer service, product knowledge, brand storytelling, customer loyalty and sales in a target-driven retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in the Clarins brand journey and increasing product sales.
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Promote Clarins’ brand differentiation by communicating ingredient stories, product benefits and usage.
- Create engaging retail theatre that presents the brand’s customer journey as a story.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits to the brand.
- Overcome selling challenges with confidence.

- Experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role, with exceptional customer service skills.
- Passion for skincare and beauty.
