Clarins internship: 6-month Assistant Project Manager role in International Communications, Paris. Launch campaign coordination and asset management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing international makeup product launch campaigns, from creative brief through final delivery
- Coordinate production of photography, videography, and digital content assets in collaboration with the Creative Direction and partner agencies
- Manage post-production oversight and quality assurance for photographic, video, and digital content
- Monitor and update advertising copywriting across digital, print, and point-of-sale materials; coordinate legal validations
- Track image rights and metadata across all campaign assets
- Maintain schedules and ensure adherence to project deadlines
- Conduct competitive monitoring and asset analysis
- Update and manage the DAM platform (digital asset management system) with campaign assets, ensuring accurate inventory, rights tracking, and market allocation
- Publish content to the PIMDAM platform; disseminate text, image, and video assets to internal departments and subsidiary markets with proper tagging, assignment, and rights management
- Monitor market utilization of digital assets and provide ongoing analysis
Qualifications
- Prior internship or work-study experience in communications within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sector
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's+4 or Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) with specialization in communications or brand content from a business school or equivalent institution
- Strong artistic sensibility and visual literacy
- Excellent organizational and synthesis capabilities
- Competency in video content production
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken

Experience
Prior internship or work-study experience in communications within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sector is required. Experience with international product launch campaigns or cross-functional team coordination is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's +4 or Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) with specialization in communications or brand content from a business school or equivalent institution.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,000 to EUR 1,650 per month.
