Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operational stability and maintenance of industrial applications; execute RUN activities including application maintenance, production support, and incident management
- Administer application systems and monitor production windows to maintain agreed service levels; identify technical incidents, participate in root cause analysis, and develop remediation strategies
- Manage IT service providers handling application support and operations; oversee vendor performance and coordination
- Evaluate coherence of IT developments and projects aligned with business objectives and technical architecture
- Lead or participate in software selection and custom application development decisions, contributing business and technical perspectives
- Pilot or manage project delivery in internal, fixed-price, time-and-materials, or hybrid engagement models
- Supervise and animate project committees (functional, governance, steering); maintain documentation and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Develop or validate technical specifications and requirements; ensure alignment with business specifications, technical architecture, and security standards

Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management
- Demonstrated experience in change management and project delivery methodologies
- Fluent English (strongly preferred)
