Church's seeks a Senior Client Advisor for its Regent Street boutique in London to deliver luxury footwear client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and develop long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and tailored product advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling and cross-selling of collections and accessories.
- Own the post-sale experience, including order follow-up, alterations coordination and aftercare to maximise client satisfaction and retention.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor reflects brand standards, seasonal concepts and product storytelling.
- Coach and mentor junior advisors; share best practices in clienteling, product knowledge and sales technique.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately for sales transactions, client records and follow-up activities.
- Manage stock on the shop floor, assist with replenishment and communicate inventory needs to store management.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and trunk shows to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail experience, ideally in footwear or leather goods, with a consistent record of meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-touch client service and execute clienteling strategies.
- Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and contributing to a collaborative retail team.
- Excellent verbal presentation and interpersonal skills, with professional personal presentation appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Right to work in the UK.

Experience
Typically 3–5+ years in luxury retail sales with demonstrable achievements; prior experience in footwear or leather goods is strongly preferred and experience mentoring junior staff is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
