Role & Responsibilities

  • Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.

  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
