Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the roadmap across communication, marketing, and commercial departments; drive the Go To Market calendar and brand activities calendar
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, WeChat, and other relevant channels
- Manage and moderate social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and community engagement
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance data; adjust strategy and tactics as needed
- Coordinate e-commerce and brand campaign productions from conception through delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and brand positioning within the luxury sector; stay current with competitive landscape trends
- Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital communications
- Oversee and manage the communication budget with accountability for ROI and spending discipline
- Lead coordination with creative agencies, production partners, and visual content specialists across global markets
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in a similar communication, marketing, or social media role
- Demonstrated expertise in social media strategy, execution, and performance analysis
- Leadership capability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams across global markets
- Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial discipline
- Experience overseeing and collaborating with creative agencies, production professionals, and external partners
