Church's seeks a Client Advisor in Paris to deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales in bespoke English footwear.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Position the client at the center of the boutique experience, ensuring a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service in accordance with the brand's client journey ceremony
  • Capture customer data into the company CRM to establish and maintain relationships, enable personalized engagement, and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace omnichannel retail principles and collaborate seamlessly across departments and sales channels
  • Welcome and serve clients with attentive in-store hospitality at all times, demonstrating refined interpersonal conduct
  • Proactively engage in cross-selling across all product categories and departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitor activities, and the evolving luxury footwear market
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, particularly regarding Church's heritage, craftsmanship, and design philosophy
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating to the store manager when necessary
  • Maintain the boutique environment, visual displays, and shop floor to the highest standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to security measures and loss prevention by remaining attentive to product protection
