Church's seeks a Client Advisor in Paris (Courcelles): boutique sales role delivering bespoke service and driving revenue for the heritage shoemaker.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to boutique clients to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and clienteling activities.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of Church’s collections, materials and manufacturing techniques to advise clients accurately.
- Manage client records and follow-ups using the CRM to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
- Execute visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards to reflect brand aesthetic and seasonal campaigns.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions and ensure accurate cash and stock control.
- Support stock reception, stockroom organisation and inventory cycle counts to preserve boutique availability and presentation.
- Provide after-sales service including alterations coordination, repairs liaison and client feedback handling.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or premium service environments; boutique footwear or leather-goods experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and commercial communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Strong product sensibility for footwear, leather craftsmanship and brand heritage.
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail; direct experience with footwear or leather-goods boutiques is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is a plus.
