Church's seeks a Client Advisor for its Courcelles boutique in Paris — deliver luxury client service and drive sales in a heritage footwear maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to an international, luxury clientele, building long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and conversion.
- Manage the full sales cycle: greet clients, product presentation, fitting, closing sales and after‑sales follow up.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across men's and women's footwear, materials and construction techniques to advise clients authoritatively.
- Use the store’s CRM and POS systems to record interactions, follow up on leads and process transactions accurately.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is impeccably presented at all times.
- Receive, inspect and organise stock; assist with inventory counts and basic stock control procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team on local marketing, private appointments and trunk shows to maximise client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable commercial sensibility with a client‑first mindset and polished interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation consistent with a premium luxury house.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for handling transactions and stock tasks.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in France; retail experience in a luxury or premium footwear/apparel environment preferred.

Experience
Previous experience in boutique or luxury retail sales is preferred; 1–3 years in front‑facing sales or clienteling roles is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
